All products sold by Delinova are digital downloads.
No physical items are shipped.
Because digital products are delivered instantly after payment, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your files have been downloaded or accessed.
Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund or provide replacement files if:
- You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- You received incorrect files.
- Your download is incomplete or corrupted.
- You experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.

Non-Refundable Situations
